Tranquil Touch Massage Therapy was established in 1998 by Jennifer Chaet. Jennifer takes an integrative approach to massage. She may combine several different modalities to each treatment she does. Her focus is on the client's needs for that session. The majority of her regular clients see her for stress relief and chronic aches and pain.

No matter what you are looking for, Jennifer will accommodate your needs for that session. She utilizes several different techniques, such as, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Motion Palpation, Tuina (Chinese Massage), and Cupping (a form of Chinese Medicine).

What to do following a Massage

During the 24 hours after your massage, drink plenty of water. Massage releases lactic acid and other substances that build up in your body over time, and the water helps to cleanse your system of these mild toxins.

If you haven't had a massage in some time, you may be slightly sore the next day. This is perfectly normal.
